What better way is there than to unwind and renew in a fun beginner's yoga session on the river overlook. Welcome in the fall colors, and marvel and the sights and sounds of the annual bird migration to feast upon the Salmon. The Friends of Sailor Bar is hosting Sabrina back to provide a delightful yoga session. Bring your mat. If you don't have one, no worries! We will have a mat available for you.
